A quality egg food based on fresh eggs. Best prepared with germination seed, grated fruit/ vegetables.  The egg food is perfectly suited for the breeding and nurturing of all types of canaries, foreign finches.  For British finches it is advisable to enrich the egg food with live or frozen insects such as buffalo worms, mealworms as these birds require a high percentage of animal proteins for raising their young.
