Shipping policy

FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY. If the Buyer fails to take delivery, the goods shall be held at Buyer's sole risk in all respects. 

Postage or shipping costs do vary and depend on weight and area. Orders of up to 150kg will be posted out with a courier and usually take 1-3 working days to arrive.

Orders over 150kg:

• Will be sent out with a haulage company and delivered curbside on a pallet.
• Pallet deliveries are only available within the Blue Zone (other areas please phone for a price).
• Pallet orders take around 5 working days to be delivered and will require someone to be available to sign for the delivery; a phone number must be supplied as the haulage company will call to book the delivery in.
• The delivery address must be accessible for a large lorry and it is the customer’s responsibility to move the goods from the curbside.

Damaged goods must be signed for as "damaged" with the delivery driver, and reported to us at info@bjffeeds.co.uk. along with photographic proof, within 24 hours of delivery.
